Guide Checking Stand

Precision is king in today's sawmill. Running efficiently leans heavily on the level of precision you're able to achieve. It's hard to be precise sometimes when you're at the machine checking guides, while the machine is locked out and the mill is waiting on YOU to run. What if you had a tool that allowed you to mill your guides and check them before the machine is even locked out?

The guide checking stand was designed for exactly that reason. This tabletop stand can be bolted to a work table in your file room and allows you to check a cluster of guides at a time. It's made with 2 shaft sizes, one on either side, so you can check 2 different styles of guide.
