Shipping policy

All items that sawmill-parts.com or "the site" sells is in stock. That said, our shipping policy is that items will ship within 1 business day of the date that the purchase order is received. Multiple shipping options are available for you to choose from for your convenience. So shipment timeframes are at your discretion upon checkout.

However, should items be lost or not received, it is the customer's responsibility to seek out the location of the goods themselves. It is not the responsibility of the site to investigate shipment statuses. The site will perform a "due diligence" check upon request. Replacements for the missing or lost items will be provided upon the completion of a new order, and a refund could be processed if the lost items are found and returned to the physical site location; 4480 E.
